The Best Way to Lose 10lbs Within a Month--Contemplate Going Vegetarian

Are you looking for the best way to lose 10lbs within a month? Have you ever contemplated going vegetarian? Going vegetarian was probably the best move I could have made when it comes to mass fat loss. I've dropped major pounds since January of this year, and I am convinced that it is due to non-Meat Eating. I've been eating lots of Soy Product (eg. Boca Burgers). I am eating more natural foods that are high in fiber and protein with little to no fat at all. It was a tough deal to go strict vegetarian, but I did it. The video below was my last night of "Chicken Wings", which were my favorite before becoming vegetarian. I hope you enjoy it.
